Vintage Van Cleef & Arpels 18K yellow gold lovebirds charm on textured rope link bracelet by the master of chains -Georges Lenfant circa 1950's. The adorable lovebirds charm features two turquoise birds accented by rubies, sapphires and diamonds for the eyes on a moveable swing. The charm is signed and numbered by the house of Van Cleef. The bracelet features textured rope link detail. It has two French eagle marks for 18k yellow gold and partial GL hallmark for famous jewelry designer - Georges Lenfant. Weight: 42 gr. Length 7.75" long. Lovebirds charm is 1.2” in diameter. This bracelet is the classic example of the period when Van Cleef & Arpels experimented with gold texture. It is a very rare, high collectible piece not to be missed.
